Road to CISO: Rohit Parchuri

Rohit Parchuri is an accomplished Information Security executive with an established record-building, structuring, and institutionalizing Information Security disciplines in a variety of organizational domains. He is currently leading a Global Security program at Yext, a bleeding-edge AI Search platform. In this role, Rohit is responsible for building and executing the company's cyber security governance while advocating for the security benefits of Yext technology in customer environments. Continuing in this role, Rohit educates the Board of directors and executive management on Cybersecurity matters on a quarterly cadence. In addition to his day job at Yext, Rohit serves as an advisor for a multitude of technology startups and educational institutions. Rohit graduated from Depaul University in Chicago with a Master's degree in Computer and Network Security Assurance, specializing in Application Security. He has also achieved a Masters in Business Administration degree. Rohit was featured in a number of cybersecurity and leadership podcasts and webcasts over the years and speaks at security conferences on topics ranging from DevSecOps, Security operations, Leadership and Cyber forensics. Originally from India, Rohit is an avid hiker and tries his hand at tennis every chance he gets.
